3. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA BY OUR COMPANY

Through the Website, JSR processes the data strictly necessary for the following purposes:

• Managing your subscription to the newsletter (subscriptions and unsubscribes),
• Executing and tracking your orders for IZAC products placed on our Website,

For managing your newsletter subscription: we retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Once we receive your unsubscribe request, we immediately deactivate the sending of newsletters.
For orders of IZAC products: we retain the data collected for the duration necessary to process and fulfil your order, then for the period required to establish proof of a right or a contract. This data may be archived in accordance with the provisions of the French Commercial Code relating to the retention period of books and documents created in the course of commercial activities, and with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the retention of electronically concluded contracts.

3.3 Data recipient

Your personal data is intended for the IZAC departments concerned by your requests. However:
• When you order an IZAC product on the Website, the personal data you provide as part of the order is intended for JSR, the company responsible for fulfilling the order, in accordance with the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Website. In any event, JSR will only transmit your personal data to a third party when:
• You have given us your prior consent to share this information, or
• JSR must share this information with third parties in order to provide you with the service you have requested, or
• JSR is required by a judicial authority or any other administrative authority to disclose the information.

3.4 Data security and confidentiality

JSR has taken all necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personal data it processes and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
