Returns and exchanges
Exchange and feedback conditions
You have 30 days from the date of shipment of your order to return and deposit a relay point
or several items purchased on our Izac.fr site.
The items must be returned to their original state: including the original packaging
of the product, the tagged labels and in perfect condition.
The articles returned must not have been worn or washed and be in condition specific to their
resale. You can try the articles: the articles tried are not
not considered worn.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it presents damage, for reasons of hygiene or if it is
incomplete.
By connecting to your customer area, you will have the opportunity to return, an exchange
or request a refund.
How to make a return?
1. Visit our website
2. Connect to your customer area
3. Click on "My commands" or go on returns
3. Select the
Order concerned and click on return
4. Select the items to return and indicate the reason for your return.
You will then have the choice between an exchange, a refund and if necessary a credit.
Then click on
"Confirm my return"
5. Once you have made your choice, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. The amount of this prepaid label will be deducted from your refund but free during an exchange.
Refunds are made on the means of payment used during the purchase.
Some of our articles, due to their special characteristics, cannot be taken up:
- Bath swimsuits
- Boxers and socks
- The perfume
- Masks
- Gift boxes
Refund of an online purchase
Once the return has been received, processed and validated by our logistics service, the reimbursement is made on the means of payment used during the purchase. A refund confirmation email is sent to you.
Please note that if the card used when purchasing arrives at an expiration, a rib you
will be requested by customer service. The reimbursement period may then be
prolonged.
For a purchase made with a gift card: a credit will be created in the form of a good
Gift usable in store and on Izac.fr for a period of 12
month.

The difference in the amount of the reimbursement may be explained if a promo code or a reduction has been applied at the time of purchase but is no longer valid following the return of the item.
How to make an exchange?

You will then have the choice between an exchange, a refund and if necessary a credit.
Exchanges are possible only to modify the size of the article but it is not possible to exchange for another article.
For an exchange you will then have a proposal from the remaining sizes for this same product.
Note that the return label is free in the case of an exchange.
After receipt, treatment and validation of the return of the products to be discussed by our
Logistics service, the new sizes desired will be shipped in the form of a new order. A new shipping confirmation email will then be sent.
Please note that the new sizes requested are not reserved.
In the event that one or more items are out of stock when validating the return, a
Automatic refund will be made on the payment method used during purchase. You will be notified by email.
To return an item, go to your customer account, My Orders tab and click on the RETURN button on your order.
You will then have the possibility to make a return, an exchange or request a refund. Once you have made your choice, you will receive a return ticket, the amount of which will be deducted from a possible refund.
Refunds are then made to the same payment method used.
Special conditions
Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, cannot be returned.
