Your missions
- Manage, unite and develop the team
- Develop sales and monitor key indicators
- Guarantee a premium welcome and a qualitative customer experience
- Ensure the proper running of the store (merchandising, stock, commercial operations)
Desired profile
- Proven experience in retail management (ideally ready-to-wear)
- Leadership, business acumen and results-oriented culture
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
As the right-hand person to the Manager, you will assist in animating the store and driving sales.
Your missions
- Support the team in sales and achieving targets
- Ensure customer welcome, advice, and loyalty
- Participate in store organization and merchandising
- Contribute to operational follow-up (stocks, cash receipts)
Desired profile
- Experience in retail sales, with a sense of responsibility
- Energy, team spirit, service-minded
- Product sensitivity and strong customer relations
As an IZAC Ambassador, you build trusting relationships and provide precise guidance to each customer.
Your missions
- Greet, advise, and retain customers
- Offer complete outfits (additional sales, look)
- Contribute to the sales performance of the store
- Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and products are highlighted
