LOYALTY PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
« IZAC & VOUS »
Version published on 25 August 2026 - effective from 8 September 2026
PREAMBLE
JSR, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €6,095,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 449 572 999, whose registered office is located at 10/16 avenue de l’Europe, 92300 Levallois-Perret (hereinafter "JSR" or the "Company"), operating the IZAC brand in France (network of stores and the izac.fr e-commerce website), is introducing a loyalty programme called "IZAC & VOUS" (hereinafter the "Programme"), intended to reward customer loyalty. The Programme takes effect on 8 September 2026.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") define the conditions and procedures governing the operation of the Programme, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the Company and its members.
Membership of the Programme is free and optional. Membership implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the Company’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available on izac.fr, which must be read consistently with these Terms.
ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE
1.1 The Programme is open to any adult individual who is a consumer within the meaning of applicable law and case law, acting on their own behalf, and making purchases in participating IZAC stores (France only) and/or on the izac.fr e-commerce website, including from abroad for purchases made on the Website.
1.2 The following are excluded from the Programme: purchases made from multi-brand retailers and franchises located outside France, as well as purchases made in the franchised stores in Talange and Franconville (France).
1.3 Only one loyalty account is permitted per individual. Any multiple or fraudulent registrations may be cancelled by the Company without prior notice, under the conditions set out in Article 9.
ARTICLE 2 - JOINING THE PROGRAMME
2.1 Membership takes place when making a purchase in store or online, or through voluntary registration, subject to providing the required information (at a minimum, surname, first name and email address) and expressly accepting these Terms. The member’s date of birth may be requested if the member wishes to benefit from the birthday reward provided for in Article 6. Consent relating to marketing communications or personalised advertising is optional, separate from membership of the Programme and is not required in order to participate.
2.2 Membership immediately grants "Bronze" status (see Article 5), with no minimum purchase requirement.
2.3 Members are informed of their status, points balance and benefits through their customer account on izac.fr and/or their digital loyalty card ("wallet").
ARTICLE 3 - EARNING POINTS
3.1 Any purchase of eligible IZAC products made in a participating store or on the izac.fr e-commerce website by an identified member earns loyalty points according to the following rule: €1 incl. VAT spent = 1 point.
3.2 Points are calculated on the amount actually paid by the member, after any discounts, promotional codes or loyalty benefits used for the purchase have been applied.
3.3 Points become available in the member’s account within forty (40) days from the date of purchase. This validation period allows for any cancellations, returns or refunds to be taken into account. In the event of a full or partial return, refund or cancellation, points corresponding to the refunded amounts will not be credited or, if they have exceptionally already been credited, will be deducted proportionally from the member’s account.
3.4 The following do not earn points: delivery charges, amounts paid using a gift card, and alteration services.
ARTICLE 4 - VALIDITY AND EXPIRY OF POINTS
4.1 Each point earned is valid for twelve (12) months from the date on which it is actually credited to the member’s account.
4.2 At the end of this period, unused points are automatically and permanently forfeited, with no possibility of claim or compensation, financial or otherwise.
4.3 Members may check their points balance and the expiry date associated with each batch of points at any time in their customer account on izac.fr. This information is not displayed on the digital loyalty card (wallet), which does not show an expiry date.
4.4 For information purposes only, the Company endeavours to notify members by email before unused points expire. This email relates to loyalty account management and performance of the membership contract: it is strictly informative and non-promotional and is therefore sent to all members, regardless of whether they have consented to receive marketing communications. The Company ensures that this email does not contain any promotional content, failing which it would no longer qualify as a service communication. In any event, the absence of such a notification shall not incur the Company’s liability or extend the validity period of the points concerned.
ARTICLE 5 - LOYALTY TIERS AND STATUSES
5.1 The Programme has four tiers, determined by the number of points accumulated by the member:
• BRONZE: granted upon joining the Programme;
• SILVER: from 200 accumulated points;
• GOLD: from 500 accumulated points;
• PLATINIUM: from 1,000 accumulated points.
5.2 Moving to a higher tier is automatic and immediate as soon as the required points threshold is reached. The member is informed by email and/or by notification in their customer account.
5.3 A member’s status is continuously reassessed based on the number of valid points earned during the previous twelve (12) months. When a point expires in accordance with Article 4, it is no longer taken into account when determining the tier. If the valid points balance falls below the threshold for the current tier, the member automatically moves down by one tier only, in accordance with the operation of the Programme.

6.1 The loyalty discount increases progressively according to the basket value: up to and including €150 incl. VAT, a 5% discount; over €150 and up to and including €300 incl. VAT, a 10% discount; over €300 incl. VAT, a 15% discount. The 5%, 10% and 15% loyalty discounts may only be used in participating IZAC stores (excluding outlet stores) and do not apply on izac.fr. They cannot be combined with current commercial offers or promotions, sale items or end-of-collection items, and are not valid on the purchase of gift cards, perfumes or gift boxes. The additional "20% off when you spend €450 or more" benefit, reserved for the Platinium tier, is subject to the specific conditions communicated to the member when the benefit is made available.
6.2 The birthday voucher (€15, €20 or €30 depending on the tier) is sent automatically by email according to the following schedule: a first email at D-7 before the member’s birthday, a reminder on the birthday itself, followed by a final reminder at D+15. The voucher is valid for thirty-seven (37) days from the date of the first email (D-7). It can be combined with other Programme benefits and is subject to a minimum purchase of €50 incl. VAT.
6.3 Complimentary trouser hemming alterations (1 to 5 maximum depending on the tier) are valid for the validity period of the current status (see Article 5.3) and cannot be carried over or accumulated from one year to the next. They can be carried out in IZAC stores participating in the loyalty programme.
6.4 Unless otherwise stated in this Article or at the time they are issued, Programme benefits cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred to a third party.
ARTICLE 7 - USING BENEFITS
7.1 To receive the benefits associated with their status, members must identify themselves when making a purchase. In store, they present their digital loyalty card or otherwise enable their account to be identified. Online, they log in to their customer account for benefits expressly available on izac.fr. The progressive 5%, 10% and 15% loyalty discounts provided for in Article 6.1 may only be used in store.
7.2 Vouchers, promotional codes and invitations linked to the Programme each have their own validity period, specified when they are issued (by email or in the customer account), and are subject to the specific conditions accompanying them.
7.3 In the event of an obvious error in the allocation of points or benefits, the Company reserves the right to make the necessary corrections, including retrospectively, provided that the member is informed.
7.4 Commercial promotions offered on izac.fr are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Commercial Promotions and by the specific terms of each campaign. They may be available internationally where offered and applied at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with a loyalty benefit. In all cases, the 5%, 10% and 15% loyalty discounts remain reserved for participating stores.
ARTICLE 8 - AMENDMENT, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAMME
8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of the Programme (including the points earning scale, tier thresholds, benefits or validity periods), provided that members are informed by any appropriate means, including by email, information on the Website or in-store display, at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect. This notice period may not apply where an amendment is required by law or regulation, where it is exclusively favourable to members, or where exceptional circumstances require immediate action in order to preserve the security or integrity of the Programme, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
8.2 If the Programme is permanently discontinued, members will be informed at least three (3) months before the effective termination date and will have this period in which to use their accumulated points and benefits, after which they will be forfeited without indemnity or compensation.
ARTICLE 9 - CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP, SUSPENSION AND EXCLUSION
9.1 Members may leave the Programme at any time, free of charge, by submitting a request to Customer Service (serviceclient@izac.fr) or through their customer account. Leaving the Programme results in the immediate and permanent loss of any unused points and benefits.
9.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s membership in the event of proven fraud, failure to comply with these Terms, or abusive or improper use of the Programme, including the resale of benefits or creation of multiple accounts. Where there are serious grounds to suspect fraud, the Company may temporarily suspend the account while the necessary checks are carried out and may invite the member to provide comments before deciding, where appropriate, to exclude the member, except in cases of particular urgency or where otherwise required by law. These measures are without prejudice to any other action the Company may take.
ARTICLE 10 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 Personal data collected in connection with membership and use of the Programme (including identity, contact details, purchase history, loyalty status, points balance, benefits and, where the member wishes to receive the birthday reward, date of birth) is processed by JSR, as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR") and amended French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
10.2 This data is used to manage membership and the loyalty account, calculate, award and track points, statuses and benefits, and prevent abuse or fraud affecting the Programme. Management of the Programme is based primarily on performance of the membership contract; prevention of abuse and fraud may be based on JSR’s legitimate interests. Marketing communications by email or SMS remain subject to separate consent where required. Where data from the Programme is used or transferred to an advertising platform for individualised targeting purposes, specific information is provided and, where required by applicable regulations, specific prior consent is obtained.
10.3 Tier classification is based on the processing of the member’s purchase data, which may constitute profiling within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR. The sole purpose of this profiling is the automatic allocation of commercial benefits and it does not involve any decision producing legal effects concerning the member or similarly significantly affecting them within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
10.4 Data required for the operation of the Programme is retained for the duration of membership. After membership ends, data that is strictly necessary may be archived for the periods required to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data used for direct marketing purposes is retained for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy.
10.5 In accordance with applicable regulations and subject to the conditions provided for by law, members have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to give instructions regarding the handling of their data after their death. These rights may be exercised by contacting the data protection contact at dpo@izac.fr or, failing that, Customer Service at serviceclient@izac.fr. Members also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority.
10.6 For any further information concerning the processing of personal data, members are invited to consult the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on izac.fr, which supplements and prevails in relation to any matter not expressly addressed in this Article.
ARTICLE 11 - LIABILITY
11.1 The Company shall not be held liable for technical, IT or network malfunctions beyond its control that temporarily prevent access to the Programme, consultation of the points balance or use of benefits.
11.2 In the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use of the loyalty card or account login details, the member must inform Customer Service without delay. The Company shall not be held liable for fraudulent use occurring before such notification where that use is not attributable to the Company, subject to any liabilities and obligations that cannot be excluded by law.
ARTICLE 12 - CLAIMS AND CONTACT
For any question or claim relating to the Programme, members may contact the Company’s Customer Service:
• by email: serviceclient@izac.fr
• by telephone: +33 1 77 35 14 72 (local call charges apply), Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays
• at any participating IZAC store.
ARTICLE 13 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
13.1 These Terms are governed by French law.
13.2 If a prior written complaint to Customer Service does not result in a resolution, a consumer member may use the FEVAD consumer mediation service free of charge: Médiateur de la consommation FEVAD, BP 20015, 75362 Paris Cedex 8 - www.mediateurfevad.fr.
13.3 In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and in the absence of an amicable settlement or mediation, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with the legal rules applicable to consumers, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions from which they benefit.
ARTICLE 14 - ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY OF THE TERMS
14.1 Membership of the Programme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
14.2 These Terms are available at all times on izac.fr and may be provided upon request to Customer Service.
14.3 This version of the Terms is published on 25 August 2026 for prior information purposes and takes effect on 8 September 2026, the launch date of the Programme.
14.4 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time under the conditions set out in Article 8. Members will be informed of any material amendment before it takes effect.
